Please join the Parr Center for Ethics for a discussion of the multiple causes and effects of anti-Muslim fear and hostility in the United States. Our panel will include Juliane Hammer (UNC Religious Studies), Charles Kurzman (UNC Sociology), Timothy Marr (UNC American Studies), and Melody Moezzi (author, activist, attorney), with Joseph Kennedy (UNC Law) moderating. Instead of giving separate talks, our panelists will have a wide-ranging discussion on the issue. We will then open the floor for audience participation as well. This event is free, open to the public, and pizza will be served!
