This year, the Annual Meetings of the American Academy of Religion and the Society of Biblical Literature will be held in San Antonio, TX, from November 19-22. This is one of the largest events in the field of religious studies, drawing over 10,000 attendees in recent years across more than 1100 academic and related sessions. Numerous faculty and graduate students in UNC’s Department of Religious Studies will be participating in a variety of capacities.
